We had planned on going to the water park this morning during toddler time from 9-11, but it was....dare I say...."chilly" today. It was SO nice to walk out the door and not be hit with the humidity. We went for a walk, watered our flowers and played on the swing set, and decided it was a little too chilly for the water that early. We decided to take O to his first movie in the theater. He did extremely well! Especially since Mommy accidentally dropped his Curious George fruit snacks all over the floor!
Such a big boy! (He doesn't weigh enough to keep the seat down, so I had to hold it down with my knee!)
We stayed for a little over an hour before he got chatty and was having a hard time sitting still. Overall, we called it a success!
After nap, we went to visit our friends Jen, Eric, Lucy and Piper. We made pizza on the grill and it was fantastic! YUM! Owen loved being with the girls. That's a good thing because he is going to marry Piper someday! :)
Here is a funny picture that I have to throw in. Owen is obsessed with wearing our shoes - running shoes, sandals, flip flops, heels - he's not picky! Yesterday, he was wearing his bear slippers and he slipped into Paul's tennis shoes. They fit so much better with bear slippers on!
