Shower at Auntie Jen's House

Paul and I went to the hospital for Owen's 8AM feeding this morning. His nurse had removed his nasal cannula at 1AM. Around 1PM, he started getting fatigued, so they put it back in. 12 hours without it is great progress! We were so excited for him. We are back at the hospital tonight and he's been opening his eyes a lot and moving his head around. We are so proud of the progress that our little man is making.

Our good friends Jen and Lisa hosted our first baby shower today. It couldn't have been more perfect. They thought of every detail - from the adorable decorations that match Owen's bedroom to the exquisite food to the wonderful group of women who came to celebrate with me. Thanks for the wonderful party ladies! It's a day that I will never forget.

We are grateful that Owen had a good day today and grateful for the kindness of our friends and family.
We believe in miracles - Laur and Paul
